My work beacons that the viewer look with more than just their eyes. That if they truly want to see they must use their heart. Once you see the world and others with your heart, the invisible reveals what is essential in life… not only in others, but in yourself.

The current available portfolio’s are artistic perspective on CrossFit photography. Taken during the NoBull CrossFit Open 2023 at Big Omaha Fitness in Omaha, Nebraska. The images focus on seeing the content of the persons character over physical appearance. Through their effort they exude love for their community and self by choosing difficulty rather than ease. Fitness is an investment in health while acknowledging the beauty of our own mortality.

I started CrossFit in April 2021 and this was also my first open competing.

I am a retired United States Air Force Enlisted Aircrew member of 20 years. Ever grateful for the opportunities and hard work earned therein. I flew around the globe, supporting a multitude of missions & countries.

My fine arts training originates from the Center for the Visual and Performing Arts at Suitland High school, in Forestville, Maryland. It is with utmost gratitude that I am an Alumni from there. Thank you, to all the Artists turned Teachers there! Especially Mr. Fear!
